What size mask should I purchase? 

Measure from your earlobe, across the tip of your nose, to the other earlobe.


S/M masks are going to be ~12" across the mask. 

M/L masks are going to be ~16" across the mask.


Note that the elastics are in fact, elastic! So there is some room for error.

If you measure 12" or less earlobe to earlobe, opt for the S/M. 

If you measure over 12" and up to 16.5", opt for the M/L. 


What if my measurement is MUCH less than 12"?

Opt for the S/M size, then use the complimentary silicon toggles to pull the mask in closer to your face 

What if I'm still not too sure/confident in which size to choose?

When in doubt, size up. Even if the elastics are big around the ears, you can adjust the fit using the complimentary silicon toggles!


My face is larger than 16.5" / I wear a turban / I wear a hijab / I have a different situation where your standard masks don't work for me. Can you help me out?

How do I wash my mask/keep it clean?

All masks are 100% preshrunk cotton. They can be washed in the washing machine in warm water with regular detergent. Air dry flat (save energy!) or machine tumble dry in medium or low heat. 

Safety is always first! We encourage that you read and follow the most up-to-date mask washing guidelines & recommendations as outlined by the CDC.


Can I exchange or return my mask?

For your peace of mind, every single mask that is sent out has never been worn, tested, or tried on! All masks are made with clean hands, in a clean environment. In order to maintain this promise of health, hygiene, and safety, all masks are a FINAL SALE. If there is a problem with your mask please reach out to us directly and we will work to rectify the situation!


What I want is sold out! When is it coming back in stock?

Any items you see on the site that say SOLD OUT will be restocked within 1-2 weeks. If an item is not going to be restocked, it will be removed from the website. Follow us on Instagram (@a.kompany.life) for updates on restocks!


Where are the masks made? 

All our masks are made in Winnipeg, MB and Vancouver, BC. 


How long does it take for a mask to get to me if I select Canadian Flat Rate Shipping? 

All orders that select Canada Flat Rate Shipping are sent out in 2-4 business days. From there, Canada post estimates between 3-5 days for regular mail. If you feel like you are waiting too long for your order, reach out to us! We'll work to fix it for you!

Do you offer expedited or guaranteed shipping timelines? 

Unfortunately, due to the current global circumstances with COVID-19, carriers are no longer guaranteeing shipping windows. That said, we are not going to offer expedited shipping until we can in fact guarantee that it's expedited!

Is there a warranty on the masks?

In the case that your mask breaks or becomes damaged with regular use and wear, please contact us! We'll do what we can to rectify the situation. 

Is there a metal nose piece in the pleated masks?

This is our original pleated design and does not have a metal nose piece. The added silicon toggles helps in pulling the mask nice and close into the face but we understand that it still not QUITE as contoured as it would be with a metal piece. We’ve taken this feedback for a potential next design! 

Do you sell filters? 

Unfortunately, we do not sell filters at this time.
